If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged or defective product. If you need to return a product for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be unopened and unused, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product has been opened or used. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
